When I read through the list, I find it very similar to build a team as a manager.
- Commit to your work and your team.
- Treat your teammates as partners.
- Motivate your team.
- Communicate everything you possibly can to your team.
- Praise your team.
- Celebrate your success. Have fun.
- Listen to everyone in your team.
- Exceed your customers' expectations.
- Think two minutes before spend the company's money. (if you think one minute before spend your money)
- Innovate or die.
