Transfer files between Host and Client using Microsoft Remote Desktop

1. Open Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac
2. Goto "My Desktops" and choose your Connection (either to either Mac or Windows)
3. Select "Edit"
4. Goto the Tab "Redirection" in Edit dialog
5. Check "Enable Folder redirection"
6. On the bottom, click the "+" sign, following select the "Path" under "Browse" you want to redirected
7. When you connect to the Remote Computer you can see the redirected Folder under "Computer" (You might need restart the remote session to make redirection take effect)
8. From remote Windows, you can access the redirected folder from Mac
